Description: |
Acaulescent perennial up to 20 cm tall growing from a hairy thickened woody rootstock; leaves up to 17 cm long; leaflets 8-16-jugate, almost sessile, 2-9 x 2-4 mm, usually oblong or obovate-oblong, apex rounded, base truncate, usually densely pubescent when young and glabrescent when old; rhachis pubescent or shortly pilose; flowers white, pink or yellowish, in 3-10-flowered pseudoumbels on pubescent pedicels up to 3 mm long; sepals 3-4.5 x 1-1.5 mm, lanceolate to oblong-lanceolate, acute, 3-5 nerved, pubescent; petals 7 mm long, glabrous; capsule 2.5 x 1.2 mm, ellipsoid; seeds 0.8 x 0.5-0.6 mm, brown, flattened-ellipsoid, tuberculate. |
