Description:	Slender erect annual or biennial herb, up to 50 cm but often flowering in very small depauperate form. Capitula small (2-5mm) in leaf axils in dense clusters; florets white, often with purple tips.
Type location:	Madagascar

Derivation of specific name:	decurrens: decurrent, running down (e.g. leaf bases running down the stem as wings).
Habitat:	A weed of lawns, gardens, cultivation and roadsides.
