Description: |
Climbing herb with slightly fleshy stems 1.5–12 m long, unpleasantly smelling. Leaves ovate or triangular, 2.5–12 cm long, 3–5-veined from base, sometimes auriculate, puberulous; margins denticulate to dentate or shallowly lobed. Capitula several to many in terminal corymbs; involucre campanulate, 8–11 mm long. Florets orange or less often yellow, 10–16 mm long. Achenes 4.5 mm long, hairy in the grooves; pappus white, 8–11 mm long. |
