Description: |
Plants 20-50 cm tall growing from corms c. 10-15 mm across with tunics of fine brown reticulate fibres; foliage leaf solitary, linear, 2-6 mm wide and channelled, inserted shortly above the ground and reaching to middle of stem; flowers pale yellow with deeper yellow nectar guides on the outer tepals; out tepals 50-70 mm long, lanceolate, the limb 30-40 mm long and slightly exceeding the claw; inner tepals 40-50 mm long, lanceolate, erect; filaments 10-12 mm long and free in the upper third, anthers 9-16 mm long; ovary 10-13 mm long and usually exserted; capsules unknown. |
