Description: |
Roots tuberous. Leaves forming a loose rosette, without a pseudostem; lower leaves reduced to bracts, foliage leaves narrowly elliptic to narrowly ovate, 7-10 times as long as broad. Inflorescence 35-50 m tall, 4‒7-flowered, arising beside the leafy shoot. Labellum up to 9 cm long, including tube, purple with orange central marking. |
