Description: |
Small erect annual herb, up to 9 cm tall. Stems simple or branched, often reddish. Leaves Opposite below, alternate above, up to 7 mm long. Flowers axillary at most of the nodes on pedicels 4-8 mm long. Corolla white to pale cream; lobes c. 2.5 mm long, acuminate or 3-toothed at the apex. Stamens bearded in the lower half, often with reddish granules. Fruit c. 1.5 mm in diameter, many-seeded. |
