Description: |
Small suffrutex shrub with shoots up to c. 60 cm high. Branches densely covered in golden-brown woolly hairs. Leaves alternate, oblong-elliptic or lanceolate-ovate, 5-12 cm long, discolorous, green with fine brownish pubescence above, densely covered in grey-green woolly hairs below; petiole, midrib and margin with golden-brown hairs. Flowers in few-flowered axillary clusters, yellowish, pubescent. Fruit ovoid, densely covered in golden-brown woolly hairs and shallowly 3-lobed when young. |
