Description: |
Tufted annual. Longest involucral bract spreading or reflexed. Inflorescence a dense head of 3─12 ovoid ± confluent spikelets; spikelet bracts red-brown with green or yellow apex. Style with 3 branches. Nutlet triangular in cross-section. |
