Notes: Pods black, and hairy with fine short greyish hairs, Valves 11 x 1.5 cm, with strong longitudinal ridges. Pods with 7 slots for seeds but only 5 developed. Seeds 14 mm long, shiny, black with brown markings and a pale attachment on the side (a rim aril).
