Description:
Prostrate herb; stems tomentose to pubescent; tendrils absent; leaves digitate, 3-foliate; petiole up to 2 mm long, tomentose to densely pubescent; leaflet-lamina margin apiculate-crenate, glabrous above and puberulous at the margin and on the midrib, densely pubescent on the nerves below; median leaflet broadly elliptic to narrowly obovate, up to 9.5 x 6 cm, apex obtuse and base cuneate; lateral leaflets up to 3.5 x 3 cm, broadly ovate to obovate, apex acute or rounded, base asymmetrically rounded; petiolules up to 2 mm long (up to 6 mm long in median leaflets); stipules up to 6 mm long, oblong-lanceolate, ± falcate, pubescent; cymes on densely pubescent peduncles up to 2.5 cm long; pedicels up to 1.7 mm long, pubescent or sparsely so; bracts and bracteoles c. 1 mm long, subulate, pubescent; flower bud c. 1.7 mm long, oblong-cylindric, slightly constricted near the middle, glabrous; calyx c. 0.25 mm long, subentire, puberulous; petals yellow with red tips; ovary glabrous; style c. 1 mm long, apex minutely 2-fid; fruit red, c. 8 mm in diameter, subglobose, glabrous; seed 1, c. 6 x 4 mm, ellipsoid, rugose.
