Description:
|
Tree 3-20 m. high, solitary or clumped. Leaves on short lateral branches, spiral, in three ranks. Male flowers in densely branched spiciform inflorescences. Female flowers in solitary heads, the peduncle initially erect, curved through 180o so that the mature inflorescence hangs vertically. |
