Location (short): It lies close to the Malawi border and about 70krn north of Chipata.

Location (detailed): National Park No. 3, gazetted 1972, area 2720 sq km. Situated in Lundazi District. This poorly known and neglected national park lies close to the Malawi border and about 70krn north of Chipata. Most of the park lies on the plateau. There is a single road running from west to east from which one or two vague tracks have been made by aquamarine miners.

Description

Mainly plateau miombo and open dambos, with escarpment country in the west. Contains some granite outcrops.
